HOW TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE

Important: We do not accept liability for goods returned using any method other than one of our approved returns services.

Free returns are available for all full price items within 28 days of shipping and all sale items within 14 days of receipt, provided the return conditions specified below are met. Instructions are provided below.   

RETURN CONDITIONS

Purchases must be returned from the original shipping location with the original Returns Form.

Items returned must be in their unused original condition with all Casa Zeta Jones item tags attached and any related accessories or instruction booklets included.

Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled, or altered returns, or anything that Casa Zeta Jones reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted, and therefore sent back to the customer.

RECEIVING A REFUND

Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's method of payment.

On receipt of a return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate refunds will be made by your payment method provider within 14 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday excluding US public holidays.

If the item which you are returning was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, any refund will be paid in the same currency as purchase. Due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates the amount refunded may be higher or lower than the original price paid.

EXCHANGES

Currently orders cannot be exchanged online. Please return your order to us within 14 days of the shipping date for all full price items and within 7 days for all sale items for a refund using the free return service, ensuring that the return conditions are met. A new order can be placed at any time.  

Please note: PayPal orders can be returned for an exchange but if returned for a refund, should be returned using the free returns service.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS

In certain circumstances, before your order has been dispatched, we may be able to cancel your order. Please Contact Us by telephone as soon as possible after placing your order and Customer Service will advise if cancellation is available.  

Please note, we are unable to combine orders, change the size, edit your billing and shipping details or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.

 If your order cannot be cancelled it will be processed and, subject to being accepted by us, a confirmation email will be sent upon shipping. Once the order is delivered, any items that meet the return conditions can be cancelled by following the instructions for Returning Your Purchase above.

Shipping Policies

U.S. SHIPPING

Items ordered and paid for will ship within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise noted in description of product. We primarily ship through UPS/Fedex. After leaving our facility, UPS/Fedex typically delivers in 2–5 business days. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Kindly note that we do not ship to PO Boxes.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (if shipping internationally)

When shipping internationally, customers might incur extra customs charges. If customs charges occur, please note that Casa Zeta Jones Collection is not responsible for these charges. Please note that international orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive after they are shipped since all orders must pass through customs and the time frame that this may takes is out of our control.

ORDER ISSUES

If you experience any issues with your order (order not received, order is not what you were expecting, etc.) PLEASE contact us so that we can try to make it right. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and will always try our hardest to resolve any concerns you may have.

Damages: If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at our@email.com with a detailed note and picture. We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 3 days of order delivery.
